I had the honor of photographing Nelie and Ben's beautiful wedding at Cator Woolford Gardens! Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to perfectly tell their love story right down to the yard games and table runner made of pages from their favorite books. Cator Woolford was such a gorgeous backdrop for this September wedding and the floral design by Martha McIntosh accented the natural beauty of the Gardens perfectly as well as making a beautiful transition from summer to Fall!
I had so much fun photographing Maxine and Adam's engagement session in Grant Park! Their sweet pups joined us for a bit and I think they were a little more excited to explore a new park than I was! Thankfully we got some great family photos before they got to take a break. It was a pretty hot and muggy day, but Maxine and Adam were such troopers and let me lead them around the park - even when we had an audience! It was my first time meeting these two in person, but I had so much fun with Maxine and Adam and felt like I was spending time with old friends. I cannot wait for their wedding next year at the Suwannee River Club! After hearing more about their plans, I think it will be an EPIC wedding celebration! Maxine and Adam- thank you for spending your evening with me and braving the not-so-fall weather!! I hope you love these as much as I do!
I had the honor of photographing Catherine and Patrick's colorful wedding day at the Golf Club of Georgia! These two kicked off my busy fall wedding season and the weather could not have been more PERFECT! As echoed in their best friends' speeches, Catherine and Patrick are two of the most genuine and kind people you would ever meet and were such a dream to work with! They continually thanked everyone around them for being a part of their wedding day - including the vendors! I was so thrilled to celebrate with their amazing family and friends!
I had the pleasure of photographing Susan and Jason's engagement session last week! Engagement sessions give me the opportunity to get to know my couples, and after this session I fell in love with these two even more! They can make each other laugh at the drop of a hat and at the same time snuggle in close for a little PDA. Susan and Jason are getting married next year in Atlanta but many of their guests will be traveling just for the occasion so they wanted to make sure their new city was well represented! We started at Piedmont Park and (with the help of their awesome friend) their sweet dog, Lady, joined in on the fun for a few shots. Afterward, we headed to Jackson Street Bridge for a few skyline shots at night! Susan and Jason - thank you so much for spending your evening with me! I cannot WAIT for February!!!
I kicked off this crazy fall wedding season with Brooke and Chris' gorgeous wedding day at Barnsley Gardens! These two were surrounded by the sweetest friends that were just ready to celebrate their wedding and make sure it was the best day ever! No wedding is ever perfect - gowns may rip and the heat index may soar to 100 degrees, but all that matters is the marriage that begins in front of everyone that loves you!
