We have had WEEKS of rain but Leslie and Chuck must be good luck because we had a GORGEOUS evening to stroll the Beltline together for their engagement session. However, that also meant that everyone and their cousin was whizzing up and down on their scooters, bikes, and rollerblades which made it fun to try and walk backwards while photographing them walking! Thankfully Leslie and Chuck were kind enough to not let me get run over by other Beltline-strollers. Since mural-hopping on the Beltline takes a bit of time on foot (we were tempted to rent bikes or scooters), it did give us a chance to get to know each other which is a huge part of the engagement session for me! I learned that Leslie is a crazy talented illustrator and while her work requires her to illustrate less than glamorous things, she is using her talents for their wedding and I can't wait to see what she creates! I also got some restaurant tips from my new favorite foodie Chuck. They both have different interests but that's what makes them click I think, they just seem to inspire each other to enjoy life's adventures. We ended our night at Piedmont Park where they busted out their favorite team (Atlanta United of course) gear and watched the sun go down. Leslie and Chuck - thank you so much for fighting the traffic to have your engagement session! I cannot WAIT for May! |
