Whitney and Scott kicked off my 2016 wedding season with a BANG! I had the privilege of photographing these college sweethearts on the very campus where their love began! Their wedding day was absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have asked for better weather, especially in February! Sixty degrees and partly cloudy?! I'll take it! We started the day at the Sidney Lanier Cottage in historic Macon, Georgia. It was the perfect setting for this southern bride and her bridesmaids to get ready! All of Whitney's details were thoughtfully chosen and fit their personalities to a T, right down to the "YAY!" gold foil coasters. Once the ladies boarded the trolley to Mercer University's campus, we were set for the first look. Scott was so excited to see his bride and you could see their nerves fall away as they were both smiling ear to ear! It is such an honor to be a part of these intimate moments! The day flew by and suddenly it was time for dancing, cake cutting, and rushing through a tunnel of sparklers! Whitney and Scott - thank you for letting me be a part of your day! I hope Jackson Hole was amazing!! HUGE thanks to Hillary Joy for shooting with me so all angles are beautifully captured! I LOVE this one!
